Liberty College Prep ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website located at www.libertycollegeprep.com and provides SAT/ACT preparation and academic tutoring services (collectively, the "Services"). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.

For enrolled students, we may collect academic performance data, test scores, session attendance records, and tutoring session notes. This information is used solely to deliver and improve our educational services. Student records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, to the extent applicable.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We do not receive, store, or process your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. We retain only a transaction reference ID and the amount paid for our records.
